Returns
Our return policy allows items to be returned within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we won’t be able to process a refund or exchange.
Returns Accepted In: United States only
To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition, including all original packaging.
Products that Arrive Defective
If your item arrives defective, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. You can choose a full refund or a replacement at no extra charge.
Returns Due to Change of Mind
For returns based on customer preference, you are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Missing or Delayed Refunds

We accept exchanges. Simply email us at support@TotalManCave.com to arrange one.
Shipping for Returns
Returned products must include original packaging, parts, and components. For any warranty-related issues, please contact the manufacturer directly.
You are responsible for covering shipping costs for returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. However, if the item was damaged upon arrival, you won’t be responsible for these shipping fees.
