Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 6 p.m. will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Information
Expect delivery within 4 to 7 days. We provide free shipping on orders over $200. Orders under $200 incur a flat shipping fee of $15. Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. Most shipments are sent via third-party freight carriers (18-wheelers). If your order requires freight shipping, we’ll reach out to coordinate a curbside delivery. Please double-check your contact number at checkout to avoid delays.
Order Confirmation and Payment
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email indicating that it has been registered in our system and that your credit card has been authorized. We only charge your card when the item ships. For backordered items, a temporary hold may apply to reserve the product. We initiate processing immediately upon receiving your order!
